How do I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Privacy Policy once your order has been delivered to you. 
 
What are the final sale Items?
All items on sale can not be returned for store credit. 
My order was confirmed, but I just got an email that states I received a refund. What does this mean?
One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed. But don’t worry, #Thaisbabe! The rest of your order is on its way and you have been refunded for the cost of the out of stock item(s) minus any applicable discount codes used on the order.
Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account.
What If My Credit Card Gets Declined?
If your payment does not successfully process or if it is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you will have an opportunity to enter a new card number or alternative form of payment prior to completing your purchase.
When Will I Receive My Order?
If we have your order in stock we ship it out to you same day or in few days, in case we get sold out of your item(s) “we will always email and notify you in that case & refund back"
Do You Have A Store Front?
No, we are an online only label.
How Often Are Items Restocked?
Shipping time frames make it difficult to provide a specific date of restock. We do offer email notifications when your favorite items return. For each item you wish to be notified about, select your size and enter your email address to be notified when the item has been restocked.
We do not restock sale merchandise. Those items are final sale. No exceptions.
How Do I Sign Up for Rewards?
Existing customers: Click on the Rewards icon on the bottom left of your screen and login into your account.
To ensure that you are set up to receive emails, be sure you're signed into your account, and your email is listed.
New Customers: Simply click on Sign Up in the rewards widget, or do so by clicking "Account" in the top right of our homepage. Make sure that you are subscribed to our newsletter to get first access to new arrivals and upcoming promotions!!
How do I start earning ( we call them diamond points) after joining?
There are so many ways to earn diamond points! You’ll receive diamond points for every dollar spent, for engaging with us on social media, and even for just signing up for our newsletter. Oh wait, did we mention you earn diamond points on your birthday too? Yeppers!
