Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited or priority shipping options (if available) will appear at checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Thais Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, Thais Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen items.
If your order is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

Preorders

If your order contains a preorder item, your entire order will ship together once the preorder item becomes available.
